1. Definitions

4. Account Registration & Security

4.2 One Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account with ug778. If ug778 detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person — identified by matching mobile number, government ID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other indicators — ug778 will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances in those accounts, particularly where duplicate registration was used to obtain multiple bonuses.

4.3 Account Security

• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without prior engagement with ug778 support;
• Any other conduct that ug778 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or the integrity of games.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be held securely and returned to the Player upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, unless the investigation reveals conduct that warrants forfeiture under these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
